Dabei wird nach einer Definition der Gerechtigkeit Regel- und Handlungsutilitarismus gegenübergestellt, anschließend der Gerechtigkeitsutilitarismus Brandts untersucht um schließlich auf die moderne Lösungsmöglichkeit des Regelkonsequentialismus Irrgangs als Grundlage einer Wirtschaftsethik zu sprechen zu kommen.
