To accomplish the clinical benefits, safe and effective drug therapy is difficult due to large inter-patient variability in response to many drugs. The knowledge of a drug s pharmacokinetic profile within individual has allowed the clinician to optimization of the drug s performance. Therefore, the pharmacokinetic studies are highly relevant for the circumstances under which the drugs are to be used.
