A Leader's Guide is a series designed to help leaders and pastors with wisdom in a variety of ministries and church processes and procedures. This guide is focused on marriage ministry sessions using the acronym SPLASH to identify six common issues in struggling marriages and biblical tools to help address those issues. As leaders and pastors meet with couples, it can be difficult to ascertain what's really going on. This guide provides tools for ministry leaders to identify and best help couples who are struggling.

Selfishness, Past Issues, Language Issues, Addictions, Sexual Issues, Heart Issues. While this is not a comprehensive list of issues that a couple might have, these broad umbrellas will help a ministry leader ascertain the potential issues at hand. Along with language to describe each issue, Bible verses and instruction on how to deal with the issue, and practical tools for couples, this guide also gives a variety of instruction, wisdom, best practices, and guidelines for healthy marriage ministry sessions.
