"Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee."
- Mark 14:36, KJV
What does it mean to believe in a God for whom all things are possible-and then to live as a disciple of Jesus Christ?
ABBA, FATHER-ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE begins not with human potential but with the greatness of God. From creation to Gethsemane, from the words and works of Jesus to the coming of the Holy Spirit, this book follows a biblical journey into faith that is neither passive resignation nor human self-confidence.
The reader is invited first to know the One who is trusted: the Father revealed through Jesus Christ. From there, the journey moves into the presence, filling, leading, gifts, fruit, and power of the Holy Spirit; the renewing of the mind through Scripture; the discernment of God's will; and the formation of faith through hearing the Word of God.
But faith does not remain merely an inward conviction. Jesus calls disciples to follow, obey, pray, speak, serve, heal, confront darkness, receive entrusted authority, and participate in the mission of the Kingdom. The ability remains God's, the authority belongs to Christ, and the power comes from the Holy Spirit-yet human response is real. Grace does not produce spectators. It forms disciples.
Rather than reducing the great sayings of Jesus through fear or turning them into formulas, this book places them within relationship with the Father, the lordship of Christ, the guidance of Scripture, and the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit.
The result is a vision of Christian life that is surrendered yet active, humble yet courageous, and deeply biblical yet expectant-a life in which believers are formed not merely to admire Jesus but to become disciples who know the Father, follow Christ, live by the Spirit, believe, obey, act, serve others, and train another generation to do the same.
God is able. I believe. I will follow.
