The premise (basis, nexus, foundation, root, core) of this book came out of a need, which was answered well by God Himself. The need was to understand God better, to be clear in hearing when He speaks, and to know that indeed God Himself was speaking. There were deeper lessons that needed to be learned, and deeper truths to be understood. Learning to trust Him completely was necessary. Then, following Him that long mile while being attentive and obedient the whole way. Also, letting uncertainties, preconceived notions, and wrong judgments fall by the way, and accepting all of His heart and will. That journey and this book took seven difficult years to complete and an additional one and half years of processing and refinement. Be blessed.
