In French the word Amour Propre-pronounced, ämoor 'prôpr(e) means self-worth, self-respect and self love. To me, however, Amour Propre is so much more: It's a philosophy and a state of mind. It's about knowing your worth and making your aspirations a priority. From the thoughts we think to the words we speak, when we get into the habit of journaling regularly to write out our feelings and then record our personal progress, we're more likely to manifest our dreams and feel good about who we are.
