Battle Ready 1

The Collective Words of Wisdom Sermon Series is an interactive and engaging series of books that are meant to draw the reader, teacher, and/or preacher into a discussion. In Battle Ready #1, you will discover ways that you can work within the church to be battle-ready to fight against the enemy and fight for what God wants in your life.

As a Christian, you have to be ready for a battle against Satan, against the world, and even against your own flesh. You cannot allow worldly distractions to divert you away from the mission of the church which is to make disciples as Christ commanded. This book will help remind you of that and engage you in considering the way that you as an individual and your church can fight your battle within the world while making disciples.

This book contains seven sermons: Basic Deliverance, Demonology, Demonic Powers, How to Know God's Voice, Laws of the Spiritually Mature, Steps to the Miraculous, and How the Holy Spirit Speaks to Us. These sermons are designed to be a launching pad for you to learn from, create ideas, modify, and use as a basis to create your own sermons and ideas. All the books in this series contain many reflective questions and function partly as journals, making each sermon adaptive to your targeted audience.

The purpose of the Collective Words of Wisdom Sermon Series is to encourage believers to become more intentional Christians, more engaged in the word of God, and more aware of the ways in which Jesus works in our lives as well as the ways in which we can honor Him in how we live our lives. By doing this, we can grow in faith as well as discover, understand, and eventually enact our God-given purpose as Christians, which is to bring glory to God in all we do.
