J. W. Wood was a corporate drone for two decades. During that time, six collections of his poetry were published by small presses as well as a thriller, Stealing Fire, which sold two print runs in six weeks and was chosen for rights auction at the Rome Film Festival. Widely published in magazines, anthologies and newspapers, he is the recipient of awards for his work in the US, UK, India and Canada.
