The cellular life cycle, also called the cell cycle, includes many processes necessary for successful self-replication. Study on cell cycle and cell division has always been a fundamental topic in cell biology. The primary focus of this book is to present an unbiased synthesis of modern views on both Amitotic and Mitotic cell divisions for the advanced undergraduates and beginning graduate student who needs a general understanding of molecular regulation.
