Despite a worldwide increase in contraceptive use, access remains limited, especially in developing countries. In Africa, unwanted pregnancies and unsafe abortions persist, particularly among young people in the Congo. Our study aims to investigate the knowledge, attitudes and practices of students at the Lycée commercial 1er Mai in Brazzaville on contraceptive methods in 2025.This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted at the Lycée technique commercial 1er mai in Brazzaville, from February 6 to July 5, 2025, among 187 students aged at least 15, from seconde to terminale.
