Faced with environmental challenges and the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the transition to low-carbon mobility is essential. At the heart of this evolution, the electric car is the subject of a great deal of research, in particular to optimize its powertrain. This book offers an in-depth study focusing on three areas: the development of advanced control laws (DTC and IRFOC) for the induction motor, the integration of a five-level multilevel inverter to improve the energy conversion system, and finally, the modeling of a hybrid electric-solar powertrain, with intelligent energy management.
