There is increasing demand for technical textiles with properties such as reduced flammability, antimicrobial properties and aromatization. Crazing technology can be applied to polymer fibres to produce a number of these properties, and has the potential to reduce costs and improve quality in comparison to other traditional methods of fibre modification.
