Dinosaurs Suck at Baseball follows Hambone, a T-Rex with big dreams, tiny arms, and absolutely no business trying to swing a baseball bat. After one disastrous tryout sends him spinning into Sarah Salamander's Shake Shack Stand, Hambone accepts that baseball may not be his destiny. The realization that his dream may not become a reality leaves Hambone sulking in sadness until one day when he discovers a sport where tiny arms are not only acceptable, but basically irrelevant. Hambone finds his joy and a new dream in soccer. He quickly realizes his giant feet are finally useful, and he joins The Fossils in the Cretaceous Championship against The Armadillos.
The game is intense, the emotions are large, and when winning starts to slip away, Hambone makes a bold strategic decision that leaves more of an impression on his teammates than the Big Bang. Will Hambone become the champion that we can believe in, or will The Armadillos prove that hard shells reign triumphant in the fight for the Cretaceous Cup?
