Inspired by beauty magazines, catalogs, and yearbooks, this collection showcases a plethora of drawings that represent the artist's unique, stylized portraits. Described as "naive" or "folk" art, the drawings convey raw expression unencumbered by tradition. In 2019, the artist had a vision to draw and apply her images to book format so her work could be widely viewed. Initially, the drawings were minimal but soon evolved into a more expressive style, with a dreamlike overcast, a Gothic, uncanny, or surreal aspect emerging in the later works
