You will be told which parts of this can be verified and which cannot, at the start of every section, before you read it. The preparation is measurable. The state is measurable. What the state gives you access to is not, and the book does not pretend otherwise. It was written by a man who got some of it wrong first and is careful to say which parts, including the two years the gates stayed open when he could not close them.

The order matters more than any single instruction in the book. The order is most of the safety.
Most readers should take the first book and stop. If you could not leave it alone, this one is for you.
