Hasan Kabir had just finished finalizing these stories before he passed away on September 14, 2021. He would sit in his den in the evenings, enjoying his drink, Wagner playing in the background, ideas would flow and he would start writing!
I took over the editing after his passing along with my mother, Rasheda Kabir and our close friend, Evelyn Sanderson.
This book consists of short stories, both fictional and non-fictional. After reading these, I was amazed at our father's imagination! The non-fictional stories may seem a bit far-fetched, however they are all true.
I wish I had shown more interest in his writings when he was alive. I would advise everyone to share your parents' passion with them, it will bring them and you joy.
