It is for anyone who has looked at a recipe and thought, "This might be too much for me," and then decided to try anyway. My recipes were made with you in mind. They are easy to follow, budget-friendly, and forgiving enough to build confidence one dish at a time.

But more than that, this book is about what food can mean to a family. Cooking isn't only for filling plates, but for filling moments.
