Dale Kowalski just got deactivated from his gig delivery app over a sigh in a stairwell. Eleven thousand deliveries, a 4.92-star rating, and none of it mattered - one report, and he's locked out, sitting in a dying Honda Civic with $61 to his name and a three-legged rescue dog who is, as of tonight, his entire support system.

The System arrives without warning, and it's read Dale's work history. Every gig app, every shift, every quietly absorbed bad customer - it's all in there, and it's decided Dale's starting class is Delivery Associate (Common). Weak stats. Unranked tier. And a town that's turned overnight into a monster-infested delivery route, run by "Regional Managers" who leveled up doing exactly what bad bosses have always done - they just have combat stats now.

Turns out ten years of route memory, thick skin, and never once losing his temper at a customer translates into something the game never accounted for: the ability to talk down anything that was ever built out of somebody else's bad day.
