What this Book is meant to do for you

Pauline Barath, has written this book, to help shed a little more light on what a spontaneous abortion is, as well as how to deal with the loss of a child when most people will only see it as a blood clot.

Pauline hopes that by sharing her story, not only will she heal herself, but also comfort and help others to heal too. She believes that the first stage of believing things will get better is knowing that someone else has been through the same or similar situation and that someone understands.
She believes that knowing you are not alone is a key factor in healing when there is nothing to hold on to.

Pauline hopes to help you turn your emotional trigger into the strength and comfort which you need to process your grief and heal the open wound of your 'child loss'. She hopes that by the end of this book you too will be able to find some comfort, and peace with your loss, some form of being ok with it, she knows it will stay with you forever, but hopes to give you the tools to help you live with it.
