Calen Meadows, a nonbinary sixteen-year-old, always felt out of sync with the world, a feeling that grew as they noticed subtle shifts within. One stressful afternoon, fleeing social embarrassment, the impossible happened: their limbs elongated, skin shimmered, and a pearlescent horn sprouted from their forehead.

Calen became a unicorn. But this was only the start. Stumbling through an unseen shimmer, Calen found themselves in a realm of ancient magick, filled with arcane energies and mythic creatures.

However, this realm wasn't safe. Whispers followed Calen, fearful and urgent. Their unique ability to bridge mortal and magickal realms made them a beacon. Magick hunters, driven by greed and a twisted sense of dominion, were already after them, eager to capture their power. Calen, the unlikely unicorn, now faced a fight to survive, mastering unknown magic while evading those who would exploit them.
