Do 30 dana za povrat
At sixty-six, after twenty years under the wrong diagnosis, counselling psychologist Lee Hopkins found out he was autistic and ADHD. Every book on the shelf then offered to tell him what was wrong with him. He already had sixty years of records on that subject, kept by people with clipboards.
MISREAD asks the solution-focused question instead: across all those misread years, what was already working, and how do you build from it now, late as it is?
Part memoir, part method, and funnier than a book about late diagnosis has any right to be, it walks through the exceptions nobody logged, the grief that earns its own chapter, the miracle question asked at sixty-six and the smallest next step on the scale.
Sixty years of being read wrong. One life, finally legible to its owner.
