Rail Stories

Different people. Different destinations. A shared journey.

Have you ever looked at the stranger sitting across from you and wondered who they really were?

Perhaps you spoke. Shared a meal. Or simply noticed each other. Then their station came, and they disappeared from your life.

But what if there was more to them than you ever got to know?

And what about the people we already know? The family we grew up with. The friends we have known for years. The people we love.

What if there is more to them too?

Sometimes we do not tell because no one asks. Sometimes we do not ask because we think we already know.

Rail Stories began with people I met along the way, people who made me smile, question an assumption, or simply wonder.

Because behind a name, a language, a label, or even a familiar face, there may be more than we know.

If you have travelled by train, come discover what you may have missed. If you have never been on one, come discover what you have yet to see.

Either way, there is a seat for you.

Because some journeys stay with you long after the train has left.
