This workbook is intended for the serious shamanic and spiritual studies student who is ready to gain the necessary knowledge and tools to become a competent spiritual worker in the modern world.This book has arisen out of three online courses that Mary has taught over the years: Animism, Working with the Elements, and Grids.

The work of the Spiritual Healer is that of intermediary. It is a path of deep connection, discernment, and listening to the forces, beings, and spirits that inhabit our daily world. This may be a personal path of revelation, or to become an intermediary of the natural world and the Other for others.
