What Really Happened?

This book is about a specific type of freedom from outdated ways of being, irrelevant experiences from the past, and all the limits you've consciously and unconsciously placed on yourself over the course of your life. It's about unhooking from the stories and interpretations that keep us stuck, because rather than engaging with the reality of each moment, we're usually busy telling stories about it that send us into a spiral of self-sabotage and subconscious patterns that promote stagnation.

Those stories, as you'll learn, are rooted in our core wounds, subconscious patterns, and deepest fears. Learn powerful new ways to engage with the world as you work to make seemingly impossible things happen in your life. Plus, you'll learn how to do this without dismissing any of your very valid feelings and individual experiences, overlooking red flags, or tolerating unacceptable behavior from anyone.

While I know this query of, "what really happened" can feel confronting and triggering, I invite you to keep an open mind. And, there are ways that we keep ourselves at lower levels of living because we're so attached to our core stories and worldviews. Stories and perspectives that are often untrue and wholly irrelevant to where we're at right now.
